Services

Malaysia offers three main MM2H long-term residency tracks (Platinum, Gold, Silver) plus a Special Economy/Financial Zone option. Government-backed passes are renewable and can be issued for 5, 10, 15 or 20 years depending on the chosen program. Withdrawal from FD	Up to 50% withdrawal is allowed after approval for purposes such as purchasing a house, education, health and tourism activities in Malaysia.

Agency service fee example: RM 70,000. Fixed deposit: USD 1,000,000. Property: RM 2,000,000+.

Gold — 15 years

Participation: RM 3,000

Agency service fee example: RM 55,000. FD: USD 500,000. Property: RM 1,000,000+.

Silver — 5 years

Participation: RM 1,000

Agency service fee example: RM 40,000. FD: USD 150,000. Property: RM 600,000+.

SEZ / SFZ — 10 years

Participation: RM 1,000

Agency service fee example: RM 40,000. FD varies by age (USD 65k / 32k). Property price set by state.

Application process (typical)

Prepare documents — passport biodata, certificate of good conduct, kinship proofs, proof of single/unemployed (if applicable).

Submit application — processing fee (government) + agent service fee (first tranche).

Review & pre-approval — MM2H department reviews; obtain pre-approval letter on success.

Post-approval / visit — remaining agent fee, medical check-up, place the FD, purchase health insurance, submit post-approval docs.

Visa endorsement — pay security bond, pass fee and visa fee; submit the S&P within 1 year if property purchase required.
